Why does my desired hotel not appear?

The system only shows you hotels that have suitable capacities. For example, if you want to request 2 seminar rooms, but the hotel only has one seminar room, you will not see the hotel.

In case the hotel you desire does definitely have enough capacity in general, you are welcome to use the hotel request function. You will find this function at the bottom of the hotel list and here you can enter the hotel name and location. Our staff will then immediately check why the hotel is not showing up and will contact you.
